Had to get another key for my acura and needed a driver 1. I guess i misunderstood that it was a refurb and was no set key when I ordered but i confirmed when it came in it was driver 1 and was told yes and key even said driver 1. So great all good and had it programmed. Car kept saying driver 2 and guy had no idea what was wrong. After spending lots of time and research it turned out to be a driver 2 with a driver 1 backplate and you cannot just switch it to driver 1. they are set. What a screwjob! I already have a driver 2 so it was useless to me and they woudlnt take it back. (they coudlnt even get a driver 1) and said i had to get my own key and pay again to have them program. Nor did i get any response to my emails. Had to spend more money to just get one online and it was way cheaper and brand new! what crappy supplier pieces together parts when they are 2 totally different keys

Call Doug Tuesday about getting some locks key to like said no problem we set it up they were on time Jake came out was in and out in the flash professional clean highly recommend the Bradley key team!!!!!

My friend moved to a new apartment had to get keys made went to a few places was told the only place you could go to was a locksmith went there he
had every type of blank you could imagine The apartment door blanks for $10 a piece not bad got home check the keys they all worked Good job dude

Broke my key for my Toyota Camry. These guys had one in stock, were able to program, and had me in and out in 20 minutes at a very reasonable price! Great friendly service! Highly recommended! THANK YOU!

Impressive customer service. Hard to find businesses that show they care about their potential and returning customers. I was caught in traffic and never used this business before. They stayed open for me. It is neat, clean, organized. I arrived 2 minutes before they close and I was greeted by a friendly and professional man ,Rick, that made the keys I needed. Not a big job (he knew I was only having keys made when I called him from the road ) and he stayed. I will go the extra distance to this shop for sure!

Terrible service. Technician was disorganized and unprepared on first visit. On second visit, he correctly installed only one door, the other two were not what I asked for and will need to be re-done. Only offered a $40 credit for the mistake. Quality of the work was very poor. He did not tell me until after he installed a new lock that the door frame didn't support the lock and now the lock sticks and is a disaster. He was also late, calling every 15 minutes or so to tell me he was another 15 minutes away, making me wait over an hour extra. Complete waste of money and a very unpleasant technician to have in your home.

He came on time, was quick and professional and was great with my maniac dog... the guy I spoke with over the phone was also friendly and professional... I highly recommend these guys and I know I’ll be using them again in the future....
