These guys are awesome. I popped my tire having an accident brought it there and I just wanted them to put the tires on. They not only put the tires on, but they also put it exactly the way I wanted it. They also cleaned up my trunk and put away my spare for me. I didn’t even have to ask. These guys are awesome and they they’ve never let me down. Also, the price was very fair if not surprising for how much it was because I thought it was gonna be more these guys are awesome. I don’t need to say anymore and they’ll always be in my back pocket for when I need them. Or for when anyone needs them

Today, Sunday, March 16, 2025, I, Bradley Hardison, took my 2013 Mercedes Benz CLK 350, to Joe's Tire and Auto Service in Waterbury, CT. I had a serious tire issue, needed an oil/filter change, and cabin filter change. The staff was courteous, professional, timely, and knowledgeable. In addition, the rates were reasonable and budget friendly. I had a pleasant experience and do not hesitate to recommend this particular business, or to take my vehicle(s) to Joe's for additional servicing in the future.

Rep at desk was very friendly and patient. Although I made an appointment on phone it was not in record, without skipping a beat he got my booked and had me taken care of. Waiting area was extremely clean and accommodating. Always see him when I go there ,he always have a positive attitude 😁
