I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Willie's Automotive as I have done multiple times before for my car repair. I can't express enough how impressed I am with their service! Only have had my car serviced here. I used to have a BMW that he serviced until the bitter end of its life, then I purchased a brand new Subaru and still bring it to him vs the dealership. Top notch service. Rachel and Willie both put their heart and soul into the business and strive for excellence with their customers. Willie is such a perfectionist and am so proud of him for making the community of Southbury a better place.

2 Days before Christmas one of our vehicles had significant issues. Given the upcoming holiday and limited hours of most every business, we were in an incredibly difficult situation. Thankfully, Willie (and Rachel) were working on their usual day off. Without hesitation, they took the car in and Willie fixed the issue in a matter of hours. Man I’m 22 years old and willie truly blessed me and my girlfriend! I have never been helped so much! Willie’s Fiance is also amazing! SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THE RIGHT PEOPLE! THESE ARE THE RIGHT PEOPLE! He did a brake job on my subaru and had seen a problem with my control arm and fixed it at a super super super small cost. THANK YOU TO WILLIE AND HIS WIFE!

Had a great experience at Willie's Automotive today! Brought in my college bound daughters car for a complete inspection and Willie and his crew fine tooth combed it for any problems. Luckily all they found was a need for new front brakes. Topped off her fluids also. I have read all the reviews on here and can truly say I was just as happy with the experience as everyone else. Believe the hype! I like to support mom n pop business and I will continue to do so with Willies. Rachel was a doll and really easy to coordinate with also.

Stayed late to help us. They were blessings in disguise never ever met any mechanics like them. If you ever don’t know where to go, go to Willie’s. Honest, reliable, and just down to earth amazing people. Go here. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Everything you’ve heard about Willy is true. Very nice guy. Came in with a Small tire that I needed replaced, and he kindly dropped what he was doing and took care of it to get me back working again. Much appreciated!

Willie and his wife (partner) saved us! We were halfway to NYC and stopped in Southbury after loud noise from our car indicated we should go no further. Willie was an hour past closed when we drove into his lot. He was happy to hop in our car and drive it to access the problem and hoist our car up to take a look. The problem was something still under warranty so he gave us the advice we needed and were on our way to the nearest Kia dealer. Despite spending a half hour with us he sent us on our way with no charge. His partner was so kind to offer our dog a much needed bowl of water and a seat inside away from the heat. So nice. Highly recommend!
