A great bunch of folks who went above and beyond my expectations. The ducted mini split system is perfect. Won't have anyone else deliver my oil as well. Friendly and always on time.

Jose called a few minutes after I spoke to the receptionist for a Saturday emergency fill. We discussed the cost and timing and he called back 3 minutes before arrival and filled the tank to the 100 gallons I requested. Jose had fantastic customer service.

Requested for 100 gallons. Got the bill but not the oil. I have been calling but no use. It's been 3 days and I am just being put on long holds without being told. Imagine u r telling them the issue n u realise u have been put on hold and no one is listening to u. This is ridiculous. This issue of not receiving delivery happened once before too but the customer service lady was nice enough to listen n help. Their driver had put it in the wrong tank. They came n transferred the oil to proper tank. But this time they don't even want to look into it. I am out $395 n still without oil. I will NEVER recommend them.

We ordered oil on Monday and they said they would deliver on Wednesday. No one is at home during the day so we assumed they came. On Saturday we had no heat or hot water. We called the on call service and they said they would contact someone. Now it is Monday and they called us and said they forgot to write the ticket and they would give us 3 cents off a gallon for our next delivery which is going to be about $3. I personally feel like we should have been reimbursed more for that big of a mistake.

My my son in law called these people new year's day because they had no heat with my 4 year old granddaughter in the house they said if you can wait till tomorrow it would be cheaper because of holiday rates ,understandably,, the following day they called and said we're not coming because you don't buy oil from us we're not taking new customers, very nice! That would have been helpful the prior day

Our 21 year old WM Gold Boiler shutdown on Christmas Day. We called HARP Home Services the next day since we have an account with them and they scheduled a tech to come out between 6-8 PM. The tech finally came after 9:30 PM. He only spent 5 minutes with the diagnostics and the rest of the hour detailing the list of repairs and replacements. Total quoted repair cost was $3,250. The tech recommended that we meet with the sales consultant for a new furnace and also suggested replacing the Heat-Flo water boiler (lifetime warranty) that was installed in 2013 by the previous owner. I paid the $104 diagnostic fee, but was very skeptical.

The following morning, I called Windsor Locks Oil since we buy their oil and didn't know that they also provide maintenance services.They sent their tech out that afternoon and within 10 minutes, got the boiler to run. The issue was a clogged oil filter. Total cost of repair $145.
The tech also came out the day after to check on the boiler and replaced the missing cone free of charge. There were no issues with the boiler, which has been running smooth since.

Windsor Locks Oil saved us from potentially spending $10k on a new boiler had we had followed HARP's suggestion. Windsor Locks Oil will now be our main company for all our heating and cooling services. These people are very honest, friendly and professional.

HARP lost a big customer as I plan on installing a new ductless AC unit this summer and will be going to Windsor Locks Oil for this project. I don't usually write reviews but this company deserves the solid 5 gold stars!

I had an emergency need for oil on a Friday in the summer; called six different companies in the area to request an emergency same-day delivery, and no one else was able or willing to help (one dispatcher even took the time to lecture me about not having called earlier, as though I had planned on the emergency happening). When I called Windsor Locks Oil, the dispatcher was very personable and sympathetic, called her driver, and routed him from Marlborough to Windsor to make sure that I had oil delivered that very same afternoon. They really helped me out in a pinch!
