I’ve had an incredible experience living here! After nearly two years, I have no complaints. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with questions or concerns. They do a fantastic job keeping the neighborhood clean and safe, especially during the winter months with snow and the fall months with leaves. My apartment is spacious, modern, and truly feels like home. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and other popular shops. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience!

I have been living at Woodgate since May of 2024 and have nothing but good things to say. The maintenance and leasing staff are all so polite. The apartment is clean and quiet and has tons of closet space! The second floor balconies are great for enjoying the warm weather!

Stay away from this place. They find reasons to hold unto your security deposit when moving, even if the place is not damaged. They also charge a cleaning fee even if you left the apartment clean. Please be aware that if you accidentally make an over payment on your rent, you will definitely have a hard time getting the money back and it will be a lot of back and forth between u and the office. During snow, they asked residents to move their cars from the apartment complex and to park elsewhere and if u are traveling they want u to move your vehicles as well. During the summer, u can't get to enjoy the pool bcus it's always filled with people who doesn't live at the apartment, who only come to use the pool daily.

Beware this place has some interesting business practices. Just know that they ask you to give them a $500 security fee that they only return if your application is denied meaning that if you get approved but ultimately decide not to sign the lease, they keep your money! They also have you give them money orders...probably to hide how they get these "security deposit holding fees". They can't rent out two apartments so they will just keep approving applicants to make some money until rented. I have some major personal issues that made it difficult for me to sign the lease with a few hours of notice and decided not to sign the lease and they are keeping my money.

Well I've only been here for a hot minute but everything has been great so far. The neighbor across the patio has fall decor out which makes the area feel welcoming. Donovan was so wonderful showing me the apartments and answering my questions. I'm looking forward to life as a Gates Girl. And I just discovered the stove has a drawer under it... How cool is that.

I moved in about a week ago but during this whole process the Office Staff Zenaida and Donavan have been extremely friendly and attentive to my requests. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well cared for. The apartments are a good size and nicely updated. I would recommend making Woodgate Apartments your new home.

I had a positive experience on my most recent visit. I would like to share that Woodgate has fully equipped beautiful new renovated kitchens and bathrooms. Stainless steel appliances and top notch soft close white cabinets. Comfy plush new rugs through out the apartment and also offers balconies as well as free heat and hot water. Not to mention, the wonderful tour I had with Zenaida. She was personal-able and made me feel welcomed! She was very knowledgeable about the community and the location. She went above and beyond! While I was there I encountered the friendly staff which made me feel comfortable. I’m really excited to become a resident at Woodgate Apartments very soon!
