We contracted with Xclusive to do a driveway extension and some small landscaping work. They were great. The most difficult thing was dealing with the bureaucrats at the County but Xclusive was able to get everything done despite a very difficult permitting process. We are happy with the work and the office staff and workers were wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Xclusive Outdoor Living:
I'm writing this review to warn others about a terrible experience I had with this construction company, Xclusive outdoor company. I contracted them to do a big project project 2 yrsago. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a disaster.
After signing the contract and paying a substantial upfront fee, the project has been under construction for a total of 2 yrs Despite promises of completion deadlines, the work has been slow, inconsistent, and ultimately unfinished.
To make matters worse, the company has violated the terms of the contract and taken half of the agreed-upon payment without delivering on their obligations. I've made numerous attempts to resolve these issues, but I've been met with excuses and delays.
I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Xclusive Outdoor Company to think twice. Their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and disregard for their customers' time and money make them a company to avoid. Beware everybody works hard to earn the money to live and it's really sad to lose it and not even have anything completed. Very sad situation.

After their contractor destroyed our gate, Xclusive (Felipe) did not assist in recovering monetary damage and denied responsibility. It cost our HOA thousands of dollars.

I was really hoping not to write a negative review about this Company. I found this Company advertising on a magazine, and I thought it was a great Company based on pictures. We purchased a home and hired this Company for the renovations.
I had to wait a long time to schedule the estimate and then to actually start the project. It took about one year after quote for them to begin the project.
Random workers started showing up without prior notice to work on the pool renovation. I always had to keep an eye out just incase because I have dogs. Unfortunately hiring this Company was a bad choice , and I should have done a better search and would have found all the negative reviews this Company has. The most disaster pool refinishing with terrible workmanship and poor quality materials. When they did the pool renovation first we had a problem with the spill over that was leaking water to the inside of my home. This took several months to fix and the problem was they did a poor job sealing the spill over. The next problem was the breaker , they put the wrong breaker and it caused for the pool pump to turn off and so it wouldn’t circulate unless you refresh the breaker. Once they completed the pool refinishing and we all thought everything was done , we noticed cracks being created on pool floor. It took many calls and text messages for someone to come out and check the pool. The managers/owners told me they would take care of the issue. So once again the pool had to be emptied and they did resurfacing again.
There is a process that needs to be done after they refinish the pool. The process that needed to take place after refinishing the pool was done weeks after and it was suppose to be done right after. Once again after a few weeks the pool has cracks again. The poor workmanship and no supervising the project caused this issue again. I believe this is also why we are experiencing cracks on the pool again . See the pictures below this is how my newly renovated pool looks.
I called , emailed texted and sent videos and pictures to the Company showing the concerns.
This pool renovation was over $74,000, and we have not been able to enjoy it because it’s a safety hazard. The pool floor has crack lost it’s color and the spill over lost its finish making it a very rough rock. This Company does not care about its customers , and now I’m stuck with a pool with cracks and they do nothing about it. They try to be friendly and pretend that they care but it’s not true. I’m really disappointed and can’t believe from making my dream home it turned out as a nightmare. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else , thats why I decided to share my story. They don’t deserve 1 star in fact they should be in the negative stars.

We were helped all along the way with the design of our site.
They performed the work timely and at a good price. We are super happy with our new back yard and the entire process. Highly recommend them to anyone in search of a company to transform their outside space.

Is there a way to give zero stars?
Had an estimate appointment two Thursdays ago with Julie. I have not received a phone call or email about my quote; and I have called and left messages multiple times this week. They must be doing amazing to turn away business in the most unprofessional way. I can’t even get them to answer a phone. I certainly will be letting all the veteran home owners in my area to avoid this company.

And I see the reply. All lies. Why did they return my call after this review. But not on Tuesday or Wednesday. Garbage company. VETS: please stay away. There are better companies for US.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this is a really terrible company and I feel I must speak out over their 5 star reviews.
Signed in October for a pool. Initial communication with our sales rep went well, other than taking almost a month to get us in the design center. After, getting in contact with anyone was insane. When we finally got an update, we were told the permits were applied for in January. While jumping through hoops to get just a status update in February, the owner finally tells us "I don't know who told you the permits were applied for, it's still with engineering." No apologies, no reasons for why 4 months in we have not broke ground, nothing.
We cancelled with them, forfeiting half our deposit. Our new company had our permit in 2 weeks and our pool is almost complete in the same amount of time Xclusive took to not even send in permit application.
We spoke to a few of the people who mentioned Xclusive to us, and they are deeply regretting it now as well due to extremely long construction times, issues with construction, and lack of communication.
